Mail Chimp Integration V2

• Added order history for each email address

• Can turn on Google Tag Manager and use the following fields in the data layer: page_title, sales transactions

Tax Updates

• Tax Toggle - For B2B websites who show prices ex vat - they can now turn on a TAX TOGGLE so that the user can see prices INC VAT or EX VAT
• Tax Rates - Ability to set a new rate and a time that the new rate kicks in
