To integrate with Facebook, contract the Help Desk and they will provide you with a URL for your website to set up with Facebook so that it uses the URL as a feed that it checks a few times a day (e.g. every 4 hours). This URL will be dynamic and will return the latest list of products, their prices and their stock availability as well as other fields.
The Facebook feed uses the CSV version of the Google Shopping Feed and is exactly the same as this feed. So all you need to do is set up your products for Google Shopping and they will then automatically appear in your Facebook feed URL that the Help Desk gives you.
Once you are integrated with Facebook, you can then set up Instagram to integrate with Facebook.
