Below is a Guideline to set up your Shop Section on your Facebook page.
Please refer to Facebook Business Help for up to date information
1. Navigate to FB Business Page (you must have a FB Business Page and you must have Admin privileges)
2. In Timeline, click on Add Shop Section link. If this link is not available go to Edit Page, choose Shop and Add Tab
3. A pop up appears, click Add Shop Section
4. Agree to Merchant Terms & Conditions
5. Add Business Details. Make sure you add a Business Email Address and check this email address for customer service enquirers
6. Under Select Checkout Method, choose Check Out Another Website and click continue.
7. Choose the currency you will use for the drop down and save
8. You are now ready to start adding products
9. Add a description about your shop. Make sure to include a call to action in your description e.g Shop Now
10. Follow the template to manually add products to your shop. To implement an automatic feed from your Online Store to Facebook please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to investigate this option.
11. To promote your Shop on Facebook , choose Share Shop and create a post to share your shop
