Delete or Resort Product Images

Keeping your product imagery up to date is essential for maintaining a professional and accurate online storefront. Over time, you may need to remove outdated images, replace existing visuals with updated versions, or simply reorganize the display order to improve the customer experience. 

Options for Deleting Product Images

There are two ways to Delete Product Images

• Manually Delete Images
• Replace Existing Images

 Manually Delete Images 

1. Log in as the website admin

2. Navigate to the product page with the image you wish to delete

3. Select the Edit Images link in the Information Box above the product details. The product images appear as a list.

4. Select Remove Image beside the image(s) you want to remove

5. To process your changes select Save Changes

Replace Existing Images

1. Follow the instructions under the Uploading Product Images article.

2. Check the Replace all existing files for these products checkbox so that when you upload the images, it replaces the existing images with these new images.

Resorting Images

If you want to change the order in which product images appear:

1. Log in as the website admin

2. Navigate to the product page with the images you wish to resort

3. Select the Edit Images link in the Information Box above the product details. The product images appear as a list.

4. To change a position of an image, click on the image and keep the mouse click down as you drag the image to it’s new position.

5. To process your changes select Save Changes or select CANCEL if you change your mind
