CSV File Naming Standards

The following is the CSV file that you can export:

All Categories	categories_YYYYMMDDHHMMSS.csv	Sent every 15 minutes

The standard Category Fields

When importing categories, the following are the standard fields.

CategoryCode	MAX 50 chars	The unique category code - the external code
Title	MAX 100 chars	The title of the category
ParentCategoryCode	MAX 50 chars	Depending on the category type, use the following values for this column: Menubars - Use the parent category's EXTERNAL CODE Brands - Set this to BRANDS
SortOrder	Number	Optional: This is set automatically to 0 (zero) but you can override it here

Top Menu Bar Categories

If you set the PARENT CATEGORY CODE to BLANK, it will not appear anywhere. Therefore, if you want this to be a top menu bar category, set the PARENT CATEGORY CODE to "MAINMENU" - and ask the HELP DESK to update the EXTERNAL CODE for the MAIN MENU to be "MAINMENU".
