When you log in as a web admin, your analytics dashboard is the first thing you'll see.
It provides a clear, at-a-glance summary of your store's performance. By default, it displays data from the last 28 days, but you can easily adjust the date range to focus on a specific period. All widgets on your dashboard will update automatically based on your selection. Need to compare performance? Simply enter a second date range to see side-by-side insights.
Date Range
When viewing the dashboard or any report, you can choose a date range from a list of preset options or select a custom date range. To set a custom date range, click Custom Date Range, then use the dropdown to select your From Date. Your next click will set the To Date.
By default, reports display data for the Last 28 Days, and your selection will be remembered as you navigate through reports—until you close your browser.
Want to compare performance? Click Compare, then choose a preset or custom date range to analyze trends side by side
Dashboard Alerts
If there are any alerts, they will be displayed at the top of your dashboard. Click on an alert to view the details and see any necessary actions you need to take.
