You can add up to 10 custom fields to the checkout. To do this, just email into the help desk the following for each field you would like to add:

| Field Index | Assign an index to the field between 1 and 10 - as the field will then be called "CustomFieldX" (with X being the field index) in the database and the automated emails |
| Display Title | The title that is displayed to the user |

| MaxLength | (Textbox only) - the max length of the string (default is 3,900 characters) |

The text that is displayed in the textbox before the user enters their value |

Dropdown Values |
(Dropdown only) A comma-seperated list of values that you would like to see in the dropdown list |
