Contact our Help Desk with the unique Automatic Feedback Service (AFS) email address that Trust Pilot provides to you. (See the Guide for more information)
The Order Dispatch email will then be configured to BBC that unique AFS email address to inform Trust Pilot that there is a new order ready for review
Create a Trust Pilot Review Invitation to be sent to the customer 7 days* later asking the customer to review the order. Follow the Create Invitations instructions in the Getting Started Business Guide
Also configure Trust Pilot to send an automatic reminder 7 days* after this for any customer who did not complete the review.

Don't forget to engage with your Reviewers, Trust Pilot provides tips for replying to Reviewers and we encourage you to review these tips
