- Login to your Google Merchant Center account
- In the Left Nav, select Products > Feeds
- Click on the blue Plus symbol
- Select Country and Language, click continue
- Give your Feed a name
- Select 'Scheduled Fetch' (your feed will be provided via a URL, so you want Google to come along and 'fetch' or query the URL for data, rather than supplying a manual data file
- Click Continue
- Enter File Name: products.txt
- Enter File URL: Check your URL with Helpdesk, but it will be something like this - https://www.YOURWEBSITE.com/google/products.txt
- Leave the rest of the options default/ blank
- Click Create Feed
- This will take a while to populate. To give it a push you can click Fetch Now in the top right.
NB - Provided you have created the feed in AB Commerce, and connected your Merchant Center to Google Ads, as advised, then this should populate your product catalogue across into Google Ads. Your next step will be to create a Google Ads shopping campaign, and select this catalogue.
