Klaivyo Pop Up Forms
Klaviyo X AB Commerce is in Phase 1 of Integration Mode so there are some items that we need to keep in mind when setting up a Klaivyo Pop Up Form.
If you have an AB Commerce Sign Up form currently live on your site you will need to:
- Turn off Pop Up Form (Catalogue - Special Pages - Home Page Pop Up - Make Inactive)
- You will then need to go to Emails & if you have previously offered a discount you will need to remove this from the email as Klaviyo will also trigger a promotional email. (Marketing - Emails - New Subscriber Email)
- You will then need to remove any communications on your site that will say sign up for *incentive*.*NOTE anyone that signs up on your website will still be transferred directly to your Klaviyo account, but the discount will only be triggered from Klaviyo currently, which means your customers will only receive a discount from the Pop Up.
To Set up Klaviyo Pop Up in Klaviyo See Below Articles:
- How to Create Klaviyo Pop Up
- You need to be using a separate audience to ABC_WebsiteSubscribers as this is the only information that Magico can stand over, all other information will be held by Klaviyo. Create a separate list for this all pop ups to be signed into before putting the pop up live.

- Email Helpdesk with the form code from Klaviyo & let them know the non product page you would like this to appear on.
- To add further design to this page once the form is live you can edit site content on this page as normal. We would advise you to do this to keep your site consistent.
