Bulk File Uploads

You can bulk upload product files for multiple products at the same time. 

In order to bulk upload product files the files need to be formatted a specific way - otherwise you will not be able to bulk upload them.

• File Size must be less than 20,000k
• File Types must be one of the following: .jpg,.jpeg.gif,.png,.doc,.docx,.xls,.xlsx,.ppt,.pptx,.pdf,.zip
• Product files being bulk uploaded need to be named ProductCode_FileName.FileType e.g. SampleCode001_MyFile.pdf

To bulk upload product files log in as an admin and click on "Catalogue - Bulk Upload Files".

Click on "Open the file Browser" and then select all the files that you wish to upload. Choose the files to Upload and select Open. If a product code to match a product file cannot be found an error will appear showing the invalid filenames. Correct the product file names to reflect the product codes and repeat the upload process.

A list of files ready to Process will be displayed. If there are any errors an error message will appear until the issue is fixed. If everything is correct, select Process All Files. Alternatively process each product file individually by selecting Process beside each file.
