Adjustments for orders at NEW ORDER status
The upload assumes that any orders that are still at NEW ORDER status have not been downloaded into your ePos/ERP. Therefore, it reduces stock levels uploaded in the file for any products that are still at the NEW ORDER status.
If you would like this turned off, contact the Help Desk.
How to Import the File:
- Save your .xlsx spreadsheet in csv utf-8 format
- Log in as web admin and click Catalogue - Bulk Imports
- Click Import Stock Levels
- Browse to the file and click Upload
- It will then tell you if the file was uploaded successfully and how many records were imported and then updated - as well as how many errors/warnings were found. If there are errors/warnings, they will be listed down the page
- If you would like the front end of the website to be updated straight away you can CLEAR CACHE in SETTINGS.
