What is the AUTO REVIEW process?
When this is turned on, it will review each order that has "special" products in them. "Special" products are products where the user has to accept TERMS AND CONDITIONS before adding them to the basket, or has a MAX QUANTITY set for them, or requires the user to fill in a questionnaire.
It will look at the last 6 months of orders made by people using the same email address or post code and will add their details to the audit report. It shows you the date, order number, how they were matched, their quantity and HIGHLIGHTS the products that are also in the current order.
What is the AUTO REVIEW summary?
When the AUTO REVIEW is turned on, while only special users can view the audit trail, every user will be able to view the auto review summary when viewing orders. The summary does not contain any detailed information but can be used to decide if the order should have it's audit trail reviewed by a pharmacist before fulfilling the order.
The summary is broken down into:
- Last 2 days
- 3-7 days ago
- 8-30 days ago
- More than 30 days ago
And the column headings stand for:
- MAX: Max Quantity Products
- TERMS: Terms Accepted Products
- Questionnaires:
- Qs FREE: With Free Text Answer
- Qs ERROR: With Errors Entered
