Note for clients with Systems Integration
Clients with Systems Integrations may be able to edit these product fields via their ePos/ERP hence this article does not apply. It's important not to edit fields here if they are being synced with your ePos/ERP or else your changes will be overridden by the systems integration batch job.
For clients without Systems Integration follow the steps below to edit products manually in your Online Store
NOTE: This is for Advanced Settings that are not covered by the article on "Manually Adding New Products"
How to Manually Edit an existing Product
1. Log in as Website Admin
2. Select Catalogue – Products
3. Select Update beside the product you want to update
4. The following are Additional Settings available under each tab Show Advanced Settings

If you are using versions, an option for the version under the product title (e.g. "Size" or "Colour") will appear (only when Versions are being used)

When checked, the customer will only be able to MAKE ENQUIRY for this product - they will not be able to add it to their basket |
Minimum Order Quantity |
If the customer must order a minimum quantity of this product, enter the quantity value here (mainly for B2B websites) |
Maximum Order Quantity |
If the customer can only order a maximum quantity of this product, enter the quantity value here (e.g. for pharmacy websites where there is a regulation that you cannot order more than a certain quantity in an order) |

If you would like text to be displayed beside the product such as "In stock - Allow X Days for Delivery" when the product is out of stock, enter the number of days here This is useful if you always want to display IN STOCK beside products that are out of stock but also give the user the number of days it will take before they receive the product |

These messages appear when the product is LOW STOCK / OUT OF STOCK |

This only appears beside the product when the product is out of stock |
