If you would like us to display a message to the user if they don't have enough items in their basket to get free shipping, we can turn on an automated message that appears as follows:
To turn this on, contact the Help Desk. You can also:
- Decide if this displays on all pages up to the VIEW BASKET page or just on the VIEW BASKET page
- You can also change the text that is displayed
- And you can also change the amount away from the free shipping threshold when we start to display the message. Eg if your free shipping threshold was €60 (ie spend more than €60 and get free shipping) and you set the "Amount away from Free shipping Threshold" to €20 then the message would start to appear to the customer once they had €40 in their basket.
