Budgets Screen – Monthly Top Products & Analysis
The Budgets screen provides a month-by-month view of your commercial performance, with a strong focus on identifying your Top Products for planning, forecasting, and budget preparation.
At the top of the screen, you’ll see a 12-month selector that allows you to switch between months and view the Top Products relevant to that period.
This feature is designed to support both retrospective analysis and forward planning.
Monthly Top Products Logic
The behaviour of the Top Products view depends on the month selected:
1. Past Months (This Year)
- You can view the actual top-performing products for any completed month in the current year.
- Data reflects real sales, revenue, orders, and quantities sold for that month.
2. Current Month
- You can view the top products so far for the current month.
- You can also view the same month last year.
- Figures update every night.
3. Future Months
- For any future month, the system shows the Top Products from the same month last year.
- This helps you:
- Prepare budgets
- Anticipate demand
- Plan stock, promotions, and marketing activity
