This guide applies to both Intact GenetiQ and Intact iQ integrations.
Full Product Sync
A Full Product Sync runs automatically twice per day:
- Shortly after midnight
- Shortly after 1:00pm
If you require the full sync to run more frequently, please contact the Help Desk.
Selecting Products to Sync
To make a product available on the website, we recommend asking Intact to create the following custom field:

When this checkbox is selected:
- The product will be included in the next Full Product Sync.
- After the initial sync, all future changes to that product will continue to sync automatically.
Using the Standard Intact Field
Intact already includes a standard ecommercesettings field that can also be used to determine which products are sent to the website.
However, this field is typically enabled for all products by default, which is why we do not normally recommend using it.
If you prefer to use the standard field:
- Consider unchecking it for all existing products first.
- Then only enable it for the products that should appear on your website.
- Contact the Help Desk and let us know that you wish to use the standard Intact field.
Using a Different Field
If you would prefer to use a different checkbox or custom field, simply provide the field name to the Help Desk and we can configure the integration accordingly.
Multiple Website Integrations
If your Intact system feeds multiple websites (for example, a B2C website and a B2B website), you can use separate fields for each website.
Example:

Delta Product Sync
A Delta Product Sync runs automatically every 15 minutes.
Rather than syncing every product, it only sends products where supported data has changed.
The following changes are synchronised automatically:
- Stock level changes
- Price changes
This ensures your website stays up to date without requiring a full product sync.
Real-Time Product Updates
If you require product changes to appear on the website immediately, Real-Time Updates can be enabled.
This requires Intact RESTful Services to be configured as part of your existing Intact integration - which would be implemented by Intact themselves for you.
Once enabled, supported product updates can be sent to the website instantly instead of waiting for the next 15-minute Delta Sync.
To enable this feature, please contact the Help Desk.
Product Sync Configuration
To configure your Intact integration, please provide the following information to the Help Desk.

| Selling Price Index – Price EURO | Mandatory. The selling price number used for the standard selling price (for example 1). |
| Selling Price Index – Trade Price EURO | Optional. The selling price number used for the Trade Price in Euros. |
| Price Includes VAT/Tax | Specify whether the selling price includes VAT/Tax. Set to True if you want the website PriceEURO to be VAT inclusive. NOTE: Trade prices are always expected to be exclusive of VAT/Tax - so this setting does not change the TradePriceEURO field. |
| Enable Tiered Pricing | Enables quantity break pricing. Supply the selling price numbers that represent each quantity break (for example 3,4,5). NOTE: This requires Intact to include the corresponding "SellingPriceQuantityBreakXXX" field for each selling price number (in the XXX position) |
| Tax Codes & Tax Rates | Product tax codes are automatically synchronised from Intact to the website. At the end of each Full Product Sync, the integration also logs a message into the BATCH LOGS with a list of every tax code used by the products, along with its associated tax rate. These values can then be configured within AB Commerce so that the website correctly applies the corresponding tax rates. |
Tiered Pricing Example
If you enable Tiered Pricing and provide the following selling price numbers:
3,4,5The integration will automatically use the following Intact fields:
